The Scion $1000 College Graduate Program! The Scion $1000 College Graduate Program has been extended to March 31, 2010!   Eligible College Graduates buying or leasing a new untitled Scion vehicle between May 01, 2009 and March 31, 2010 will receive a $1,000 rebate to be used towards their purchase or lease. The rebate must be used as a down payment on Retail and Preferred Option contracts. On Lease Agreements, the rebate must be applied towards the “Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery”.
